1. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email to info@stitchboutiqueboston.com.
2. If the goods have been shipped, you can return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. You must notify us by email at before the goods are returned. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The goods must be in resalable condition. All custom sales are final.
5. We will ship to Canada and internationally. Shipping charges will be adjusted afterwards. We will contact you with the corrected shipping amount.
6. Credit only for in-store purchases.
